This is Austin Waterloo's 1750 Sq. 5 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom Penthouse unit, located on the 30th floor. Yugo Austin Waterloo offers everything from cozy studios to spacious penthouse units, making it easy for you to find a floor plan that perfectly fits you and your aesthetic.
Our Penthouse includes an upgraded furniture package, an 80” tv, additional tech add ons, and upgraded appliances including a built in beverage fridge and a touch screen panel on the fridge!
Our UT Austin student apartments have been meticulously designed to provide you with contemporary comforts and cutting-edge convenience. Here, residents will come home to a fully furnished space complete with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a full-size washer and dryer, smart technology, and more.

We will do our best to match you with a roommate(s) that meets your needs. The roommate matching form is now part of the application process. Once you’ve completed the form, a leasing specialist will review your responses and pair you with the most suitable roommates based on your selected profile. Our social media is also a great way to connect with potential roommates!
If you have signed an individual term lease, we can indeed help match you with a roommate. However, we can’t guarantee that all preferences can be met. If a conflict does arise, please contact the leasing office and we will assist with exploring potential resolutions. However, we are not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, or actions of any nature whatsoever relating to, arising out of or connected with disputes between potential or selected roommates.
Individual leasing means peace of mind for both parents and students. An individual lease means you are only responsible for your student’s space, not the full apartment as a typical joint lease would be structured. Common areas are shared responsibility among all roommates (ie, living room, kitchen, etc.). Our term lease structure is a lease that begins on a specified date and ends on a specified date, for one fee. This fee is conveniently administered in 12 installments.
Unrenovated options are unfurnished, allowing residents to bring their furniture if desired. Renovated options are furnished.
Non-emergency requests for maintenance can be submitted via your resident portal at any given time and will be handled by the management staff as soon as possible. Our average turnaround time for maintenance requests is within 24-hours during the work week. 24-hour emergency maintenance is provided by calling the office number. After hours you will be prompted to leave a message, following the automated instructions on the office number. Your message will be responded to by our on-call service technician. It is our express goal to respond to any general service need within 24 hours.
We're happy to accept your furry friends! You can have a maximum of two pets per apartment. But first, please check that all roommates are fine with you keeping a pet! Restrictions do apply, so please contact our leasing office for details.
