Yugo is announcing a brand-new student residence in Sabadell. With it’s first residents moving in September 2024, this purpose-built structure will provide fresh, modern and comfortable housing for students in Catalunya.

Located within 18 minutes in train of the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, Llac provides a convenient, safe and secure location to live and learn. Sabadell is just a short journey away from Barcelona, so residents can also regularly visit the vibrant capital of Catalunya.

Need a moment to chill out from studying? Sabadell Llac will have a fully furnished lounge, designed as a communal area for all residents. Take some time to socialize with fellow residents or classmates in a comfortable and homely area.

Prefer exercise as a way to destress? Head to the brand-new, purpose-built gym to work out your day and get yourself ready for the next one. The gym is accessible to all residents throughout their stay with us.
