Yugo is providing a brand-new student residence in Granada. Salud offers nearly 300 beds to serve students of medicine and sciences at the Univer sity of Granada. Salud means that you are a short walk from campus, but are still easily connected with the centre of town.
Unable to work on campus? You can utilize our study rooms. These private study areas allow you to concentrate on your work in private, or with classmates, without needing to leave home.
After lectures, why not head home and relax? Enjoy the good weather by taking a dip in our swimming pool or enjoy the sun on our patio. In a secluded courtyard, this pool is the perfect place to enjoy a late summer's evening.
Ensuring your safety is our top priority at Yugo. Every entrance and exit is secured, so that only residents can gain entry unless you invite somebody in. You can relax knowing your space is secure.

What services are included in the rent?
Water, gas and electricity are all included in your rent, so there’s no need to worry about paying utility bills on time.
What furnishings are included in the tenancy?
All of our flats come fully-furnished! In your room, you will have a bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items.
During your stay, you can decorate your flat as you see fit, as long as you can return it to how it looked when you first moved in!
Is there parking on site?
Some of our residences have parking on site for you to use during your stay with us. Check our residence pages or get in touch for more information.
What happens if something breaks in my flat?
We can help you out. Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something in your flat breaks or doesn’t work. Just contact us on our helpline or at reception and we'll help you out as soon as we can.
Do you allow pets?
We love animals, but for the welfare of the animals and to be considerate of other residents with, for example, allergies, we do not allow animals in our buildings.
Do I need a guarantor?
Yes, if you are making monthly payments towards your accommodation, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to make your payments on time.
A guarantor will take the liability of making payments on your behalf if you are unable to, for whatever reason. If you are unable to pay your rent, please speak to our support team first – your guarantor will only be used as a last resort.
