Parking is available on site, however it is quite small and gets filled up quite quickly, however we have a waiting list that you can be added to. The cost is 25 per week. We also have two disabled bays available. Please contact us directly to book a space!

If something breaks or stops working, simply put in a request on the maintenance section of the Yugo app.

You can either pay the full payment upfront if you don't have a UK based guarantor, or we can do instalments (either 4 according to student finance or monthly) if you do.

You can arrive at any time on or after you tenancy start date - reception is open 24/7. If you are going to arrive late, please let us know ahead of time!

Reception staff is on site from 7am to 7pm on weekdays, and from 7am to 3pm on weekends. When we're not on site, security will be there to assist you!

At St Crispin's House, elevating your university is our top priority! As a resident, you'll have access to our Crispin's Clubhouse - social events every last Friday of the month where we offer free pizza and drinks! Check out our Instagram page to see what events we offer.

En-suite rooms are equipped with a bed, mattress, desk, lamp, desk chair, wardrobe, shelving, underbed storage and whiteboard. Shared flat kitchens include fridges, hobs, microwaves, ovens, storage cupboards, cleaning supplies, bins, tv, dining table, couches.

Studios are equipped with a bed, mattress, desk, lamp, desk chair, wardrobe, shelving, underbed storage, tv, whiteboard, fridge, hobs, microwave, oven, storage cupboards, cleaning supplies, bins, bar stools.

Water, gas and electricity are all included in your rent, so there’s no need to worry about paying utility bills on time.

Also, students don't have to pay council tax in the UK, so you don't need to worry about that either!

All of our flats come fully-furnished! In your room, you will have a bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items.

During your stay, you can decorate your flat as you see fit, as long as you can return it to how it looked when you first moved in!

On-site parking in only available at selected Yugo residences in the UK, and is not guaranteed for residents. Please contact our on-site team to check about local parking options.

We can help you out. Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something in your flat breaks or doesn’t work. Just contact us on our helpline or at reception and we'll help you out as soon as we can.

We love animals, but for the welfare of the animals and to be considerate of other residents with, for example, allergies, we do not allow animals in our buildings.

Yes, if you are making payments towards your accommodation in instalments, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to complete your payments on time.

A guarantor will take on the liability of making payments on your behalf if you are unable to, for any reason. If you are experiencing difficulties making an installment payment, please speak to our support team first - your guarantor will only be used as a last resort.
