Q: Is renters' insurance required?
All residents of Yugo Austin Waterloo are required to have renter’s insurance. In the event of theft, fire, or natural disaster, you’ll want to know your property is protected. Please get in touch with the leasing office for more on renter’s insurance.
Q: Is on-site parking available?
Yes! Yugo Austin Waterloo has an on-site parking garage for our residents.
Q: When are my monthly installments due?
Monthly installments are due by the first of each month. Installments can be made through the resident portal using a debit or credit card or an e-check. Alternatively, you can bring in or mail a physical check or money order to the leasing office.
Q: What's included in my installment?
Monthly installments include high-speed internet access, cable TV, furnishings, a full-size washer and dryer, a wall-mounted smart television, and access to all of our community amenities.
Q: How do I apply for an apartment?
You can apply online or by contacting our leasing office.
