Terms & Conditions for Free Early Check- In – Arran House  

Up to 2 weeks Free Early Check- in offer for Students when they Book at Arran House for the 26/27 academic cycle. 

Early check-in is subject to room availability, tenancy dates and confirmation by the site team. Early check-in is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. 

This Free Early Check-in promotion is applicable for new students only for the 2026/27 academic year bookings made after 17th July 2026. This offer is only applicable for bookings at Arran House with a minimum booking tenancy 44 weeks.   

The promotion is not available to students who:  

• have deferred /cancelled their booking before check-in. 

• book tenancy less than 44 weeks. 

• book the Budget En Suite Room 

• have confirmed a booking prior to 17th July 2026. 

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.  

The early check-in offer is subject to room availability and operational requirements. This offer may only apply to selected residences, tenancy lengths, room types and booking periods. Early check-in is not guaranteed. 

Students may request early check-in either before or after signing their tenancy agreement by emailing  [email protected]. The email must clearly state the student’s preferred early check-in date. 

The site team will review the request based on room availability, cleaning requirements and operational readiness. If early check-in can be arranged, the site team will confirm by email the allocated room type and the approved check-in date. Students must not arrive before receiving written confirmation from the site team. 

Submitting an early check-in request does not guarantee that the requested date or room will be available. The confirmed early check-in date may differ from the date originally requested by the student. 

In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, the early check-in offer will no longer be valid. 

To be eligible for this offer, students must complete their booking, pay their advanced rent and sign their tenancy agreement. All offers are subject to availability and may be limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. has the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any residence at any time without prior notice. 

These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 17th July, but Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions
