Our exclusive opening offer is available on new bookings made at Perth University Campus for Semester 2 2026 check-ins. This Promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Site Team.

 The promotion is not available to students who:

• book short term lets.

Offer Code: 30YPUC2026(must be entered during the booking process) for 30% off standard rates. 20YPUC for 20% off standard rates and 10YPUC for 10% off standard rates in an eligible room type and tenancy only.

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize. 

Note: This offer only applies to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types, or universities attended. 

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete your booking, pay your advance rent, and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Perth University Campus reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice. 

These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 19/05/2026, but Yugo reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions.

Yugo Refer a Friend Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Yugo Refer a Friend Program ("Program") rewards eligible residents who refer friends to stay at a participating Yugo student accommodation property.

By submitting a referral, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The referral must be submitted via this form.

2. Referral Reward

• Eligible referrers will receive a $200 AUD referral reward.
• Eligible referred residents will also receive a $200 AUD referral reward.
• Rewards are subject to all eligibility requirements being met.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the referral reward:

• The referral must be submitted through the official Yugo Refer a Friend form within 2 weeks of the referred resident booking date.
• The referral booking must be made on or after 9 July 2026.
• The referred resident must be a new Yugo resident and not currently reside at, have an existing booking for, or have previously booked a room through Yugo for the same intake period.
• The referred resident must successfully secure and move into a participating Yugo property.
• The referred resident must be a direct booking, agency referrals are not eligible for this offer.
• Both the referrer and referred resident must complete the required check-in process.
• The referred resident must remain in residence for a minimum of one (1) month following their check-in date.

4. Reward Payment

• The $200 rewards will be issued to both the referrer and referred resident one (1) month after the referred resident's check-in date, provided all eligibility criteria have been met.
• Rewards will be paid via a method determined by Yugo.
• Yugo reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing any reward.

5. Exclusions

Referral rewards will not be payable where:

• The referred resident is already registered in Yugo's system, has an existing booking, or has already commenced the booking process.
• The referral is submitted after the referred resident has applied, booked, or checked in.
• The referred resident cancels their booking before check-in.
• The referred resident checks out, terminates their agreement, or is no longer residing at the property before completing one (1) month of residence.
• The referred resident books via an agency rather than directly through Yugo.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other cashback offer.
• False, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information is provided.
• The referral does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

6. Multiple Referrals

• Only the first valid referral received for a referred resident will be eligible for a reward.
• If multiple referrals are received for the same individual, Yugo will determine eligibility based on the first referral submission received.

7. Program Changes

Yugo reserves the right to:

• Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Suspend, modify, or terminate the Program without notice.
• Withhold, refuse, or cancel rewards where fraud, abuse, or ineligibility is suspected.

8. Privacy

By participating in the Program, participants consent to Yugo collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Program and managing accommodation bookings in accordance with Yugo's Privacy Policy.

9. General

• Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives unless determined by Yugo.
• Yugo's decision regarding eligibility and reward payments is final.
• Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Tour and Book $400 Cashback Promotion

Complete an in-person building tour at Yugo Perth University Campus and secure a room booking within 48 hours to be eligible for $400 cashback.

Terms and Conditions:

• Yugo reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time, with immediate notification sent via email to eligible students.
• This offer is available only for a limited number of leases, as determined by Yugo.
• Eligible Entrants: Must be a new customer to Yugo Perth University Campus.
• The person booking the room must attend the tour in-person.
• To qualify for the cashback, the booking must be completed within 48 hours following the in-person building tour.
• The $400 cashback will be paid 2 weeks after check in.
• Only one cashback payment is issued per booking, regardless of the number of tenants or participants in the tour.
• The cashback will be in the form of a MasterCard or Visa gift card, and is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Please note that you can only apply one promotion per booking — multiple promotions cannot be combined.
• The booking must be made directly with Yugo, agency bookings are not eligible for this offer.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other cashback offer.
