Eligibility:

• Local students: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
• International students: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and a valid student visa.

Stay & Payment Details:

• Students must check out before 7 July 2025.
• Minimum stay is 30 nights.
• Bookings under 90 nights require full payment upfront.
• Bookings of 90 nights or more can choose between full payment upfront or a fortnightly payment plan.
