I've lived in a couple of spots around the east bank, and it's bar far one of the nicest around. It's never loud, ever. Also, they have a security guard at night for late package delivery and it's a perfect spot for a young professional.

I simply loved the location. I had access to every hotspot of the city like popular shops, pubs and restaurants. Even the room I got is spacious and has everything that I can ask for. The University of Minnesota was just a short walk away, cutting short long commutes to universities.

I have had a great experience with Edge. I recently went on a tour from out of town and Catelyn (one of the leasing office staff) was exceptionally helpful. She made arrangements to help us view the property on a summer weekend when it is usually closed. Once I decided to sign, she was super helpful in working with me for an earlier move-in date for graduate school. Overall, I could not be more excited to live at Edge and it is definitely, in part, due to the leasing office staff!

I had an excellent experience with Yugo Minneapolis. As an international PhD student moving from Brazil to the United States, finding housing from abroad was initially very stressful. However, the entire leasing process ended up being incredibly smooth and straightforward thanks to the Yugo team.
The location is also excellent. For someone new to Minneapolis, it has been a very convenient and comfortable place to live.

We will do our best to match you with a roommate(s) that meets your needs. The roommate matching form is now part of the application process. Once you’ve completed the form, a leasing specialist will review your responses and pair you with the most suitable roommates based on your selected profile. Our social media is also a great way to connect with potential roommates!
If you have signed an individual term lease, we can indeed help match you with a roommate. However, we can’t guarantee that all preferences can be met. If a conflict does arise, please contact the leasing office and we will assist with exploring potential resolutions. However, we are not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, or actions of any nature whatsoever relating to, arising out of or connected with disputes between potential or selected roommates.
Individual leasing means peace of mind for both parents and students. An individual lease means you are only responsible for your student’s space, not the full apartment as a typical joint lease would be structured. Common areas are shared responsibility among all roommates (ie, living room, kitchen, etc.). Our term lease structure is a lease that begins on a specified date and ends on a specified date, for one fee. This fee is conveniently administered in 12 installments.
Internet/cable, water, sewage & garbage. Access to amenities is provided free of charge, as long as the amenity is available/open during hours of amenity operation!
Non-emergency requests for maintenance can be submitted via your resident portal at any given time and will be handled by the management staff as soon as possible. Our average turnaround time for maintenance requests is within 24-hours during the work week. 24-hour emergency maintenance is provided by calling the office number. After hours you will be prompted to leave a message, following the automated instructions on the office number. Your message will be responded to by our on-call service technician. It is our express goal to respond to any general service need within 24 hours.
Most of our apartments come furnished, but options can vary. Usually, the bedrooms will already have a mattress, mattress frame, nightstand and desk. Most units will also come with basic living room furnishings such as a couch, chairs and a coffee table.
