Our housing contracts align with the Kennesaw State University academic calendar and span 12 months from August to July.

We offer a variety of floor plans, so Owls can live where they feel most at home. Each apartment or cottage comes with a private bathroom, but the exact number of bathrooms depends on the selected floor plan.

Our apartments near KSU sit in a prime location. Students can walk, bike or drive to campus in minutes, making the commute to class a breeze. Plus, with a KSU Shuttle stop conveniently located right on the property, residents can hop on the bus for an easy ride straight to campus.

Our student apartments come with everything Owls need to succeed in and out of the classroom. Every unit comes furnished with premier features, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring, updated kitchens, an in-unit washer and dryer, private bathrooms in each room and plenty of storage space.

Yes! Yugo Pavilion at Kennesaw features a large parking deck along with surface lot parking in front of cottages throughout the community!

At Yugo Pavilion, we have numerous community amenities designed for studying and recreation. Our amenities include a resort-style pool with beach entry and a sun shelf, the only Jumbotron in the Kennesaw market, a state-of-the-art fitness center, private and group study rooms, a community fire pit and grilling area, a clubhouse, and a game room, among other top-tier amenities.
