Belaton House is ideally located in Lansdowne, right in the lively northeastern part of Bournemouth’s town centre. The accommodation features premium, purpose-built facilities for student life, with close links to local universities.
The residence is an easy five-minute stroll from Bournemouth University’s Lansdowne Campus, while the main Talbot Campus and Arts University Bournemouth are just a 15-minute hop on the U1 UNIBUS, which stops virtually outside the building.
Sat just off Station Roundabout, Belaton House is right across the road from a massive Asda supermarket and Bournemouth’s main train and coach stations. The beachfront and town centre are also just a short walk away, so all the key spots are in easy reach.

Belaton House isn’t your average accommodation – inside, you’ll find loads of incredible facilities that will take your student living experience to the next level. That includes a free on-site gym, which comes fully equipped with cardio machines, cable machines and free weights.
We’ve also got a games area where you can challenge your friends to table tennis or flex your musical flair on the keyboard. The cinema room is another popular hangout spot, great for enjoying film nights or just catching up on the latest series.
When deadlines loom, our dedicated study room is the perfect place for quiet, concentrated work. You’ll also have access to the building’s private courtyard where you can take in the fresh air on sunny days.

The accommodation is home to classic en-suites with a shared kitchen, self-contained studios and two-bed flats where you’ll share a bathroom and kitchen with one other person, so there really is something for everyone.
We also welcome flexible tenancies, with summer stays and short-term lets available on select rooms for those looking to stay with us for only one semester. If you’re heading to university with your friends, you can even book as a group so that you live together in the same flat.
We’ve also got all the basics covered, like all-inclusive bills, post collection, on-site laundry, fast Wi-Fi throughout the building and the 24-hour support of our amazing team. Basically, you’ve got a first-rate student experience waiting to happen!

Frequently asked questions
What services are included in the rent?
Water, gas and electricity are all included in your rent, so there’s no need to worry about paying utility bills on time.
Also, students don't have to pay council tax in the UK, so you don't need to worry about that either!
What furnishings are included in the tenancy?
All of our flats come fully-furnished! In your room, you will have a bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items.
During your stay, you can decorate your flat as you see fit, as long as you can return it to how it looked when you first moved in!
Is there parking on site?
Limited parking is available at Yugo Perth City and Yugo Perth University Campus.
Unfortunately, we do not offer on-site parking at our other residences. Please contact a local parking provider or our team for assistance.
What happens if something breaks in my flat?
We can help you out. Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something in your flat breaks or doesn’t work. Just contact us on our helpline or at reception and we'll help you out as soon as we can.
Do you allow pets?
We love animals, but for the welfare of the animals and to be considerate of other residents with, for example, allergies, we do not allow animals in our buildings.
Do I need a guarantor?
Yes, if you are making payments towards your accommodation in instalments, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to complete your payments on time.
A guarantor will take on the liability of making payments on your behalf if you are unable to, for any reason. If you are experiencing difficulties making an installment payment, please speak to our support team first - your guarantor will only be used as a last resort.
