Don't worry—we know that plans can change.
If you're a prospective first-year undergraduate student and your university plans change, you may be able to cancel your booking up to 15 days before your contract start date, even if the cooling-off period has ended.

All of the staff are absolutely lovely and they are very helpful and kind. The room was extremely modern and each maintenance problem I had was fixed within a day. The facilities are cleaned regularly and the building is extremely neat and well-maintained. I must say, I experienced zero issues and would highly recommend living here. For me it was only a 2km walk to class, so the location was also prime.
Yugo Laude Living has been a wonderful experience while living in Bologna. The staff are very nice and helpful and make people feel welcome with interactive experiences and social hours hosted at Yugo Laude Living. Their staff member Giorgia has been an extremely helpful person throughout my journey to assimilate to the Bologna life! I highly recommend considering staying at Yugo Laude Living if you are a student at the University of Bologna and want to live in a safe and social community space. (:
