Dublin
New Mill
The Liberties is billed as Dublin’s coolest neighbourhood: a mash-up of history and nightlife, culture and street life – and you’ll be right in the middle of it all. Plus, New Mill provides the social spaces to keep you happy on the home front too, including study rooms, a gym, a games room and a cinema space.
Together with its sister buildings The Tannery and Brewers Close, it’s also just a ten-minute walk from the Technological University Dublin – and 15 from Trinity College Dublin, the Royal College of Surgeons, and Dublin Business School. Morning lectures? Easy!

I enjoyed my stay at The New Mill! Spacious rooms and lots of amenities. The study rooms were great for getting work done, and the gym had excellent machines. The staff was very helpful. I definitely recommend staying at Yugo!

What furnishings are included in the tenancy?
All of our flats come fully-furnished! In your room, you will have a bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items.
During your stay, you can decorate your flat as you see fit, as long as you can return it to how it looked when you first moved in!
Is there parking on site?
Some of our residences have parking on site for you to use during your stay with us. Check our residence pages or get in touch for more information.
What happens if something breaks in my flat?
We can help you out. Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something in your flat breaks or doesn’t work. Just contact us on our helpline or at reception and we'll help you out as soon as we can.
Do you allow pets?
We love animals, but for the welfare of the animals and to be considerate of other residents with, for example, allergies, we do not allow animals in our buildings.
Do I need a guarantor?
Yes, if you are making monthly payments towards your accommodation, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to make your payments on time.
A guarantor will take the liability of making payments on your behalf if you are unable to, for whatever reason. If you are unable to pay your rent, please speak to our support team first – your guarantor will only be used as a last resort.
