The Three-Bedroom Shared Apartment offers a comfortable and well-balanced shared living experience, ideal for students or young professionals who want their own private space while sharing common areas with two housemates. These apartments are designed to combine privacy, practicality, and a relaxed shared atmosphere.

Each apartment includes three private bedrooms, each furnished with a single bed with a second pull-out bed underneath, complete with one blanket and two mattress protectors. Each bedroom also features a dedicated study area with a desk and an ergonomic chair, providing a comfortable setup for studying or working from home.

The shared kitchen is designed for everyday use and includes two electric cooking plates, a sink, a microwave oven, and three fridges with freezers (one per resident). A table with three chairs is available for meals and daily use. Each resident is provided with a kitchenware and tableware set, including:

  • 2 plates
  • 2 glasses and 2 mugs
  • Complete cutlery set (2 of each utensil – 8 pieces total)
  • 1 pot and 1 pan
  • 1 colander
  • 1 bowl
  • Potato peeler, cutting board, wooden spatula, and bottle opener

The apartment also includes shared bathroom facilities, comprising a shower, two sinks, and a heated towel rail, as well as a separate shared WC, ensuring added comfort when living together.

These apartments also feature a private balcony, offering an additional outdoor space to relax and enjoy fresh air.

Designed for three residents, this apartment type offers a practical and well-organised shared living environment, with clearly defined private and communal spaces.

How does roommate matching work?

We will do our best to match you with a roommate(s) that meets your needs. The roommate matching form is now part of the application process. Once you’ve completed the form, a leasing specialist will review your responses and pair you with the most suitable roommates based on your selected profile. Our social media is also a great way to connect with potential roommates!

What happens if I don't like my roommate

​If you have signed an individual term lease, we can indeed help match you with a roommate. However, we can’t guarantee that all preferences can be met. If a conflict does arise, please contact the leasing office and we will assist with exploring potential resolutions.  However, we are not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, or actions of any nature whatsoever relating to, arising out of or connected with disputes between potential or selected roommates.

What is an individual term lease?

​Individual leasing means peace of mind for both parents and students. An individual lease means you are only responsible for your student’s space, not the full apartment as a typical joint lease would be structured. Common areas are shared responsibility among all roommates (ie, living room, kitchen, etc.). Our term lease structure is a lease that begins on a specified date and ends on a specified date, for one fee. This fee is conveniently administered in 12 installments.

Can I bring my own furniture?

Most of our apartments come furnished, but options can vary. Please call us for details before move-in!

Do you have maintenance service?

​Non-emergency requests for maintenance can be submitted via your resident portal at any given time and will be handled by the management staff as soon as possible. Our average turnaround time for maintenance requests is within 24-hours during the work week. 24-hour emergency maintenance is provided by calling the office number. After hours you will be prompted to leave a message, following the automated instructions on the office number. Your message will be responded to by our on-call service technician. It is our express goal to respond to any general service need within 24 hours.

Do you allow pets?

We love animals, but for the welfare of the animals and to be considerate of other residents with, for example, allergies, we do not allow animals in our buildings.
