Direct let cashback – Mary Parker House, Plymouth - £250 - March 2026 

Terms & Conditions 

1. The cashback incentive is open to new residents who have booked for the 26/27 academic year at Mary Parker House, 17 Apsley Rd, Plymouth, PL4 6PJ, directly through us either via our website or on-site team.  

2. The Reward on offer is £250 cashback 

3. The Reward is only on offer in respect of referrals leading to new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year only.   

4. The reward is open to the next 20 bookings only.   

5. The reward is subject to availability.  

6. The Reward is being offered by Maple Grove Residential Ltd, C/o CRM Students Ltd, Mary Parker House, Apsley Road, Plymouth, PL4 6PJ 

7. The incentive is on only on offer to students who book a tenancy for 26/27 only.   

8. For a booking to be eligible for the Reward:  

9. the Student must not currently or previously have been a resident of any property managed by CRM Students;   

10. To claim the Reward:  

    1. the student must contact the respective Accommodation Manager at the accommodation to be booked via email ([email protected])  within 28 days of the booking to be made to claim the cashback offer.  

    2. the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank accounts into the online Student Portal    

    3. the Student must have no rent arrears  

11. The Student must enter the code: MPH250 to claim the cashback incentive 

12. the Reward will be provided as a bank transfer into the nominated UK bank account  

13. The reward must be claimed by 31^st December 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the reward and no longer be entitled to receive it.  

14. On receipt of the email from the Referrer, the Accommodation Manager will verify the eligibility to claim the Reward.  

15. The closing date of the cashback incentive or once 20 eligible applications have been received. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.   

16. The cashback incentive is available for limited time only and can be withdrawn at any time.  

17. Once the Accommodation Manager has verified eligibility, the student can expect to be paid within one month of moving in to the Accommodation.  

18. The student is eligible to claim an additional incentive when they book, subject to availability.  

19. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Reward at any time (and for any reason) without notice.  

20. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.   

21. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
