Our exclusive no booking fee is available on bookings made at Yugo Marseille La Major for the 2025/26 academic year. This offer is valid on eligible bookings made up to 28/02/2026.
Eligibility
The promotion is not available to students who:
· Defer or cancel their booking before check-in
· Book through university referral agreements
· Have confirmed a booking prior to 15/01/2026
Residence, Tenancy & Discount Details

Discount Application
· The discount has no cash redemption value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any other offer.
· The discount will be automatically applied to the student’s rent instalments.
· This offer applies only to specific tenancy lengths, room types, or partner universities, where applicable.
Cancellation & Withdrawal
· If a student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid.
· To qualify, the student must complete their booking, pay any required advance rent, and sign the tenancy agreement.
· All offers are subject to availability and limited to a certain number of bookings.
· Yugo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, for any residence, without notice.
